When the map opens, you can then enter your search criteria to the left of the map. 

On the top right-hand side of the map, type in the town (and province) in which you want to search for properties and select the arrow to the right to execute the search request.  This will bring up properties in the area you've selected.

You can use the '+' or '-' signs to the left of the map to zoom in or out of the area selected to see more properties.
